The Finnish Foreign Minister Timo Soini called the situation in Syria a shame for the entire international community.
He expressed his disappointment that no one had taken responsibility for the situation in Syria. "It is a shame for the entire international community, for the UN, international organisations and the superpowers that this can go on," Gazeta.ru cited the minister as saying.
Timo Soini also expressed concern that the current refugee situation may further worsen.
