The OSCE Special Representative Martin Saydik said today that the foreign ministers of the ‘Normandy Quartet’ are to meet in Berlin on November 6th.
According to him, it is very important that mine-clearing work begins in Donbas on the threshold of a future meeting of the foreign ministers, which is to take place on November 6th in Berlin in the context of the ‘Normandy Format’, Gazeta.ru reports.
