Former rector of the Maikop State Technological University and three managers of construction companies accused of embezzlement on a large scale, are to be brought to justice: their criminal case was sent to the Maikop City Court, said the prosecutor's office of Adygea.
"According to investigators, from July 2011 to September 2012 the former rector organized a criminal group for embezzlement of funds allocated to the university for the construction and repair works of buildings,’’ Interfax-South reports.
