Francois Fillon: Russia should be an ally of France

According to Former Prime Minister of France, one of the leaders of the opposition party the Republicans, Francois Fillon, President Francois Hollande "has completely failed all attempts to normalize relations with Russia." 

"Russia should be our ally, we cannot win in the fight against terrorism and settle the Syrian crisis without the participation of the Russian Federation,’’ Fillon noted.
