Franz Klintsevich proposed to introduce visas for Central Asia

Today, the deputy chairman of the Federation Council Committee on Defense and Security, Franz Klintsevich, made a proposal on the introduction of visa regime with Central Asian countries. 

"Everything has its limit. A brutal murder of the former head of Syzran police and his family by immigrants from the republics of Central Asia is just too much," he said.
