The French oil company Total plans to build a petrochemical complex in Iran.
Representatives of the company signed a memorandum of achieving an understanding on the construction of a petrochemical complex with the National Iranian Petrochemical Company in Tehran, TASS reports with reference to the Iranian news agency Shana Energy Information Administration.
A complex for the production of ethane, kerosene, liquefied gas and other liquid fuels will be built in the coastal zone of the Gulf.
