French parliamentarians visit Armenian church in Baku

A delegation of the French National Assembly members, three deputies and the secretary of the Azerbaijan-France Friendship Group visited St. Gregory’s Church (Armenian Church) in Baku.

Guests from France learned the history of the church, as well as measures for its protection taken at the state level, the correspondent of Vestnik Kavkaza reports.

Thousands of books in Armenian are kept in the temple, among them there are copies of the Bible, which are several hundred years old.
