The Azıx LLC has developed general plans for two cities of Azerbaijan under the order of the State Committee for Urban Development and Architecture.
"The general plans of Hajicabul and Neftchala cities were approved by the local executive authorities on July 19 and July 23 respectively,”abc.az cited the Committee as saying.
