Georgia's economy grew by 3.1% in June in comparison with the same period last year, the National Statistics Service of Georgia said.
Total economic growth in the first half of 2015 was 2.6% in comparison with the same period last year. The National Statistics Service said that the state budget was $252 million in June, which was nearly $100 million less than last month. The costs for the previous month also rose by $662 million, which also shows an increase of $45 million in comparison with May 2015.
The Georgian economy is expected to grow by 2.3% in 2015, Sputnik Georgia reports.
