The draft of the revision of the country's main law was adopted by the Constitutional Commission of Georgia. The document was adopted by 43 votes in favor and 8 against at the final meeting of the commission.
"The new model of the constitution of Georgia forms a very firm, stable, democratic, pluralistic parliamentary system of the government of the country," the head of the constitutional commission and chairman of the parliament, Irakli Kobahidze said.
