The current Minister of Labour, Health and Social Affairs of Georgia, David Sergeyenko, said that the quality control of medicines in the country will be carried out through a new, improved system.
The draft resolution 'On approval of the program in 2016 for state quality control of medical means' was considered at a regular government meeting.
"The control will include verification of the certification of raw materials, which are supplied to the company and then converted into medicine," Sputnik Georgia cited him as saying.
