The Georgian Military Road was closed because of the worsening of weather conditions on the territory of Georgia. The Emergency Ministry's office said that movement from the city of Vladikavkaz to the settlement of Lars is prohibited for all transport.
It is known there is a hotel and cafe for drivers (30 places) at the Verkhny Lars crossing post, so it is advisable to wait out the bad weather in Vladikavkaz, TASS reports.
