St. Petersburg Governor Georgy Poltavchenko has spoken about his visit to Baku, as well as the meeting with Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev.
‘’I had a very interesting and constructive conversation with President Ilham Aliyev. The President of Azerbaijan attaches great importance not only to the strengthening of inter-state relations, but also relations between the regions of our states. He is interested in their development, but above all in trade and economic relations," the governor of Saint Petersburg said.
