Businessmen God Nisanov and Zarakh Iliev were named Russian real estate kings, as Forbes has released a new edition of its annual Russian Real Estate Kings list.
According to the magazine, their Kiyevskaya Ploshchad company's rental income was $1.6 billion in 2019.
According to Forbes, net worth of each Nisanov and Iliev reached $3.5 billion (33-34 places in the Forbes rating).
Samvel Karapetyan (29th in the list of billionaires with $3.7 billion) ranked second, with Tashir group's rental income of $655 million.
Mikhail Gutseriev (28th place, $3.7 billion) and Sait-Salam Gutseriev (189th place, $0.5 billion) are third with Safmar group 's rental income of $580 million.
Ingka Centers (formerly IKEA Centers) with $510 million and Alexander Klyachin's Gleden Invest (56th place, $1.7 billion) with rental income of $380 million are also in the top five.
Araz Agalarov (52nd place, $1.9 billion) and his Crocus Group with rental income of $370 million ranked sixth.
The ranking includes 30 owners of commercial real estate based in Russia.
