A massive replacement of old and diseased trees, shrubs and also trees threatening to fall at any moment has started in Stavropol. Experts of the urban planting agency Gorzelenstroy have already started work and conducted a survey of all the plants in the center of the city, the mayor's office reports.
The analysis showed that the condition of most of the species of oak trees, ash, linden, chestnuts and pine trees is satisfactory. Their physiological age is below the 80-90 years designated by nature.
