A feedback form for tourists experiencing problems with returning to Russia from abroad, developed by Rostourism and the Ministry of Digital Development of the Russian Federation, has been introduced on the Gosuslugi portal, the press service of Rostourism reported.
"On behalf of the Deputy Prime Minister of the Russian government Dmitry Chernyshenko, Rostourism and the Ministry of Digital Development launched a feedback form on the State Services for tourists who have difficulty returning to Russia," the ministry said, RIA Novosti reports.
Using the new form, Russians can submit location data and return ticket information, which will allow Rostourism and the Federal Air Transport Agency to correct the lists of Russian tourists and help them return home.
