Local personnel of the Department of Emergency Situations have held In Ust-Kamenogorsk an unusual event called the 'Yell for Help!'
It was organized in order to remind bathers about water safety measures.
During the action a motor boat with an man dressed as the Grim Reaper was moving along the coastal beaches.
‘‘I was really frightened. I was bathing and saw the Grim Reaper following me on the boat. It really makes think about the observance of water safety measures,’’ InformBURO cites tourist Galina Valiullina.
