Speaker of the Hawaii House of Representatives, Joseph Souki, has apologized to Azerbaijan and its people for the resolution adopted on the unrecognized regime created in Azerbaijan’s occupied Nagorno-Karabakh region.
Souki expressed regret that the resolution involving foreign affairs wasn't sent to a committee and was taken without public input, Trend reports.
