The new mayor of Yerevan, Hayk Marutyan, published a video congratulation of Yerevan residents with the 2800th anniversary of the Armenian capital. In the video, he called Yerevan the capital of all Armenians of the world, and himself, therefore, the mayor of all Armenians.
“I consider as Yerevanians not only residents of the capital, but also every person who lives in other corners of the world and loves this city, who calls it a native place. Still, Yerevan is the capital of all Armenians, ”he stressed.
The mayor called the city young, active and energetic, Sputnik-Armenia reports.
