Two people have died in a high rise residential building in Taganrog (Russia's Rostov region) as a result of fire, the regional press service of the State Ministry of Emergency Situations of Russia said.
The fire was localized at 23:26 pm MSK and extinguished at 23:56 pm MSK, Interfax South reported.
Taganrog police has opened the investigation, the cause of the fire has not been determined yet.
