Hiroshima will host G7 foreign ministerial talks next year, the Minister for Foreign Affairs of Japan, Fumio Kishida, and Japan's Deputy Prime Minister, Taro Aso, said.
"Hiroshima is a city befitting as a location to pronounce hope for world peace, prosperity and hope for the future," RIA Novosti cited Fumio Kishida as saying.
The G7 summit will be held in Shima, Mie Prefecture on May 26-27.
