France will provide the highest level of security to all the fans who decide to visit the country during the European Football Championship in 2016. This was announced today by President Francois Hollande during a visit to the French National Institute of Sport and Physical Development (INSEP).
"The level of security will be the highest. It is our state's responsibility to ensure the safety of everyone who decides to visit France in June, and we won't make any compromises regarding this issue. We expect about 7 million tourists. 2.5 million will attend the games and another 5 million will be in cities where the tournament will take place, Gazeta.ru reports.
