In Anapa a three-story illegally-constructed hotel is being demolished.
The hotel under construction was built without the necessary permits, as a result, the Arbitration Court of the Krasnodar Territory decided to demolish the building.
Work is underway on Dzhemetinsky proezd. The demolition is monitored by bailiffs.
The owner will bear the costs connected with the demolition of an illegal building with a total area of more than 1000 square meters.
