In the village of Achkhoy-Martan, after a large-scale reconstruction, a regional House of Culture was opened, as well as a new Drama and Comedy Theater. The opening ceremony was attended by the head of the Chechen Ministry of Culture, Aishat Kadyrova.
The cultural institutions have all the necessary conditions for holding celebrations, teaching children and organizing leisure activities for residents.
In addition, there are specialized classrooms for creative activities with all the necessary material and technical base.
