Prime Minister of Armenia Hovik Abrahamyan is to head a campaign of agitation of the ruling Republican Party of Armenia (RPA) for the adoption amendments to the Constitution of the country at the upcoming referendum on December 6th, the press secretary of the Republican Party of Armenia, member of the executive body of the party, vice-speaker of the parliament Eduard Sharmazanov said.
"President Serzh Sargsyan instructed Abrahamyan to form and head the corresponding headquarters, combining duties of the head of the executive power with duties of the organizer of preparations of the party for a referendum," RIA Novosti cites the spokesman.
