ICRC helps release prisoners in Donbas

A spokesman for the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) in Ukraine, Ashot Astabatsyan, has stated that the organization is ready to assist the work of the humanitarian subgroup in Minsk on the issue of releasing prisoners in Donbas.

"We repeatedly expressed readiness to share our experience with the subgroup on humanitarian issues, to assist in resolving issues, particularly the issue of the release of prisoners," RIA Novosti quoted him as saying.
