The International Committee of the Red Cross has urged the participants of tomorrow’s meeting in Vienna on Syria to focus on respect for international humanitarian law by all parties of the conflict.
"We are welcoming these talks, as they are a positive step in the right direction. We urge the participants to double their efforts in order to achieve real progress and put an end to the terror that has been in Syria for the last five years,’’ RIA Novosti cites Peter Maurer.
