Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev and his spouse Mehriban Aliyeva arrived in Istanbul on a working visit to take part in the 13th summit of the Organization of Islamic Cooperation (OIC).
Turkey's high-raking state and government officials met President Aliyev and Mehriban Aliyeva at the Ataturk International Airport in Istanbul, AzerTAc reports.
