President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev has met with heads of Azerbaijani diaspora organizations operating in Saint Petersburg.
Earlier, the Azerbaijani President, at the invitation of Russian President Vladimir Putin, arrived to St. Petersburg to attend an informal meeting of CIS heads of state.
