President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev has received Russian Minister of Education and Science, Dmitry Livanov.
Aliyev stressed the importance of holding the first graduation ceremony at the Baku branch of Moscow State University named after M.V. Lomonosov, as well as the opening of the Baku branch of Sechenov First Moscow State Medical University.
Dmitry Livanov, in his turn, expressed gratitude to President Aliyev for special attention to the development of cooperation in the field of education. He also expressed satisfaction with the successful activity of the Baku branch of Moscow State University named after M.V. Lomonosov.
