The risks of exacerbation of the situation in Nagorno-Karabakh are minimal now, Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev said at a meeting with Russian Deputy Prime Minister, co-chair of the trilateral working group Alexei Overchuk, which was held in Baku today.
