Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev sent the amendments to the Law on Currency Regulation back to the Milli Majlis.
This was done taking into account numerous appeals from entrepreneurs and investors in accordance with Article №110 of the Constitution of Azerbaijan, APA reports.
In accordance with the proposed amendments to the law, it was planned to introduce 20% mandatory fees to the state budget from foreign currency transfer transactions beyond Azerbaijan by individuals and legal entities who are residents and non-residents of the country, excluding some categories.
