The results of the Normandy Quartet talks give hope in the settlement of the conflict in eastern Ukraine, the president of the OSCE PA, Ilkka Kanerva, said.
"I think that in Paris they have taken some steps forward. They didn't take any final decision, but it was a positive signal that they can get together and work on concrete steps to implement Minsk agreements. It gives us hope," RIA Novosti cited Kanerva as saying.
