Inter RAO company did not confirm the media news that it plans to sell the Electric Networks of Armenia company, an official representative of this Russian energy holding said.
“We do not confirm the news about selling the ENA company,” TASS cited a source as saying.
As Vestnik Kavkaza reported, Kommersant newspaper reported today that Inter RAO is ready to sell the company and that talks are underway with Samvel Karapetyan, President of Tashir Company.
