Inter RAO may sell its power plants in Georgia, retaining its electricity networks in the country, the chairman of the company Boris Kovalchuk said.
"We are not going to sell our networks, as there are normal assets. Together with the Georgian government we have developed a balanced tariff policy, which guarantees our profitability and at the same time restrains the growth of tariffs, including for the poor part of the population,'' Sputnik Georgia cites him as saying.
