According to a source, it has been decided at today's meeting of the Board of Gazprom to increase investment this year from 840 billion to 1.079 trillion rubles.
The adjusted investment program is to be approved at a meeting of the Board of Directors, which may take place later this month.
In April this year the head of Gazprom Alexey Miller said that the investment program for 2015 will be increased by at least $4 billion, and additional funds will be spent on projects within the Eastern Gas Program.
