Iran and South Korea have signed a preliminary agreement on bilateral cooperation, Minister of Economy and Finance of the Islamic Republic of Iran Ali Tayebnia said.
"A preliminary agreement between Iran and South Korea was signed today in the amount of €5 billion," RIA Novosti cites him as saying.
Ali Tayeb also informed about the upcoming visit of President of South Korea Park Geun-hye to Iran in April-May.
