Iran can start production of Tupolev aircraft

A source in the ‘Tupolev’ company announced today the readiness of the company's management to provide the Iranian aircraft manufacturers with a license to manufacture Tupolev aircraft and transmit to them the technical know-how.

"Iran can produce aircraft under the Tupolev license and export them to the markets of the Middle East, Asia and Africa. Both sides will benefit from it, and this is a usual format for cooperation. Earlier, we had a similar format of cooperation with China," the company explained, Gazeta.ru reports
