Iran has placed nine US citizens on its sanctions list for supporting terrorism and human rights violations, a statement released by the Iranian Foreign Ministry on April 9 reads.
The Foreign Ministry explained that these individuals are involved in the imposition of unilateral illegal US sanctions against the people and government of Iran, in financing and supporting terrorist groups and terrorist attacks, and also contributed to Israel's repressive actions in the region.
