''Iran and the six negotiators (the five permanent at the UN Security Council members and Germany) have agreed on a draft resolution for the meeting of the IAEA Board of Governors on December 15th, which will allow to close Tehran's nuclear dossier and move to the phase of implementation of the agreement on its nuclear program,'' the head of the Russian delegation at the meeting of the Joint Commission and Russia's permanent representative to international organizations in Vienna, Vladimir Voronkov, confirmed after the meeting, Tass reports.
