The National Iranian Oil Company (NIOC) has announced plans to increase oil extraction in all of its fields.
Earlier, the Director of International Relations of NIOC, Mohsen Ghamsari, said that Iran would attempt to win back its 42-43% share of the European market after Western sanctions were lifted.
"Iran's oil production capacity was 4 million barrels a day before the sanctions. We can reach that if there is demand in the market," Reuters reports with reference to Iran's Shargh newspaper.
