Iran's Rouhani arrives in Azerbaijan

Iranian President Hassan Rouhani arrived in Azerbaijan on an official visit today.

The president was welcomed by Azerbaijani first Deputy Prime Minister Yaqub Eyyubov, Azerbaijani Deputy Foreign Minister Khalaf Khalafov and other officials at the Heydar Aliyev International Airport.

With the framework of the two-day visit, the presidents of Azerbaijan and Iran will hold a one-on-one meeting. The presidents will also hold a meeting in an expanded format with the participation of the two countries’ delegations.
