Iranian Air Force training jet Sukhoi-24 crashed in South Iran, yet both pilots survived, local media reported on Sunday, Sputnik writes.
The jet crashed in Estahban-Kharameh region of Fars province, near Bakhtegan Lake, the Fars News Agency said citing sources.
According to the media, both pilots ejected in time and survived.
The media citing sources added that the initial investigation into to crash suggests that a technical issue caused the jet engine failure.
