A court in Iran has ruled to ban the use of a popular messenger, Telegram, TASS reports citing Irib TV.
"Taking into account various complaints over the Telegram app and proceeding from security requirements, the court authorities have banned the use of this messenger," the TV channel quoted the court ruling.
