Iraq's new Foreign Minister Mohamed Ali Alhakim will travel to Moscow on January 30 to meet with Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov, Iraqi Ambassador to Moscow Haidar Mansour Hadi said Friday, UrduPoint reported.
