A Turkish aircraft, which had to make an emergency landing due to bad weather conditions, landed today at the airport of the city of Irkutsk.
"The plane, flying on the route Istanbul-Bishkek-Ulan Bator, landed in Irkutsk due to the fact that the airport of Ulan Bator could not accept it because of the weather conditions,’ Interfax cites a source at the airport.
