Intergovernmental Council of EAEU to take place in Moscow

The venue of the meeting of heads of the EAEU governments will be moved from Yerevan to Moscow. It was reported by the Armenian government, underlining that the decision was taken due to a technical reason. It is known that the meeting is to take place on April 13th, RIA Novosti reports.
