Baku creates best conditions for gymnasts attending international tournaments, Turkish gymnast Kamelya Tuncel said, speaking with the correspondent of Vestnik Kavkaza after the qualification round with clubs and ribbon routines in Baku.
"I like to perform in Baku very much. I've been at many competitions in different countries, and here the organizers create best conditions for gymnasts," she said in the first place.
"The Azerbaijan Gymnastics Federation does everything it takes, nicely and properly. Of course, people can't help but like such a professional approach to sports," Kamelya Tuncel said.
The International Gymnastics Federation (FIG) Rhythmic Gymnastics World Cup is being at the National Gymnastics Arena in Baku on April 27-29. Some 127 gymnasts from 26 countries are participating in the tournament. Depending on the results of the qualification, the winners of all-around and the participants of the finals in individual apparatus in both types of programs will be determined. Athletes will compete for 8 medal sets.
