Karachay-Cherkess Republic native solves problem of traffic jams in Turkey

Dahir Semenov, an engineer-inventor from Karachaevo-Cherkessia living in Turkey,  patented an invention that can solve the problem of traffic jams all over the world.

"The rail only 2 cm high from the road level will not interfere with the road traffic, it will be possible to travel through it in any direction. As a result, we will get a powerful vehicle capable of moving above the existing roads, using only a narrow strip between the rows," - RIA Novosti quotes the inventor as saying.
