Kazakhstan is ready to offer a platform for peace talks between Azerbaijan and Armenia, Kazakh President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev said today during an informal summit of the Organization of Turkic States (OTS) in Shusha.
He pointed out positive tendencies in the process of normalizing relations between Baku and Yerevan.
"Kazakhstan invariably supports peacemaking efforts. We are ready to provide a site for peace negotiations between Baku and Yerevan," Tokayev said.
